Chuck. Where do you live? Maybe someone from your area can stop in to look.
It does seam to me like the sump can't handle all the water. Where is the level in the sump when everything s shut down? What size was your tank? You're getting around 2400 gph going to your sump. Is there anyway to add...
I'm in. I have to do kids stuff till around 12. I'll let you know if I can get out of the after 12 kids stuff. What time were you planing the move?
I think we can get it in my 6ft. bed.
Can you get a pic of your sump? Maybe your baffle to the return part is too high. 3/4 is good. If you need to make more pressure coming out of a head, reduce that head or heads to 1/2 inch.

Jon. You're right about the paly's releasing the strongest toxins I've ever seen. The day after we broke down the 115gal. I had them outside for a few days in the cold then that snowstorm, just sitting on the ground on them big rocks. I picked them up and had burns all over my hands for a week...
Jon, I think he's talking about the overflows going to the sump.
Drill the holes in the top about the size as an air line tube. Both durso's or stand pipes should be about the same height so one isn't sucking more water than the other, since there is 2 stand pipes in each overflow box.
