Ran the RO last night for one hour as recommended to remove any fine particles and then bubbled it for 24 hours before running it through the DI and was pleasantly surprised, it was 012 in and 000 out.

    Anyone here an electrician?

Its easier than setting up an RO/DI unit...Dance Run wire and add electric box with GFI outlets and connect three wires. Snap in a new breaker...connect three wires. Done.

    Anyone here an electrician?

Correct...As a safety nut, I'd run 12-2 with a 15 amp breaker. I like the weak link to be the breaker.

    Anyone here an electrician?

I'm not a licensed electrician, but when I was younger I worked for one. I went to school for three years for heating/refrigeration and air conditioning too. If you have room in the panel I can talk you through it. Its really not hard. You are close enough to me, to stop by and go over it.

How do you change your water?

Great write up TanksNStuff! Love detailed info. I was wondering what the TDS are in waste water, does anyone check? Could it have concentrated bad stuff like heavy metals etc?
