So my RBTA started acting funny and I noticed it was splitting. Well got home from work today and realized it split into 3. So I went from 2 to 4. Now the other original is starting to act like the one that just split. So soon I might have 5 smh.

so i picked up a package of 4x14 filter socks and just can’t get them to sit right in my sump. I have 7- 200 micron 4x14 socks free for pick up or just pay shipping. I’m in tuckerton/little egg harbor 08087.

So pretty much do a 5g WC through your gfo reactor? Which had the new gfo in it already..

So I use gfo and what I’ve been doing is making some fresh saltwater and running it through my reactor until it’s clear and put the reactor full of gfo and fresh water back in but it takes a good 2-3 gallons of water sometimes. I’ve also filled an old filter sock with the new gfo and ran RO...

So if I get a condy and/or carpet aneomone can I mix them with my bubble tips in the same tank giving the clowns options? My pictures don’t do justice but these RBTA really are gorgeous. I’d be willing to get rid of one or maybe split the large one and get rid of the other half to make room.

I just think it’s cool watching them swim in and out of the nems. But everyone is healthy and happy.
