I bought acylic canisters at a discount store because I couldnt pass them up for 1.50 with the idea of making reactors with them
here is how it went
From a piece of acrylic I cut to circles to make the top The forms were shaped on a router using the lid of a chinese food container as a template
After that I glued the fittings for the top and the bottom
Glued the acrylic to the canister
then created the plumbing pieces using a piece of plastic that came with the canister as a strainer
everything fitting toghether
Lastly From a piece of rubber gasket material I created a gasket
And this is the finished product, a 4X18 media reactor for under $15
