600 gallons.....that's close to two and a half tons of water!!! Wow!
Looking good. Much better when its trimmed.
Much better, it was a bit easier than I though. I was concerned with chipping of melting, none whatsoever, I did 3-4 passes on sections that had more than 3/4" overlap (width of the bit) than hit with the flush bit that I had and finished with the 1/4" round.
The lack of chipping and melting is an indicator that they used quality cell cast material instead of the cheaper extruded acrylic. Routing and machining that stuff is a nightmare.

IMHO do it all so there are no surprises later.
Second that. The last thing you want in the house is all the dust and water associated with wet sanding etc.
Somehow I missed the question, I was trying to figure how to get that lift through my door
Lighting plan... I already have LED, I have 4 Vegas, 3 AI SOL white, and 3 AI SOL blue. If that is not enough I still have two 250 watt single ended halide balists, reflectors, and bases I could add. I'm hoping that I don't need to but have available if I do. Anyone want to weigh in if they think it is enough?
Much appreciated

Being someone that just went from all led's(AI VEGA) to a hybrid MH led setup I would recommend leaving room to add the MH if needed down the road. If your planning on having a lot of different types of Acros then I would just add them from the start. Your corals will do much better.
