I bought an apex less than a year ago and it has not been working for the past few months. It only worked fine for 2-3 months. I've been getting this notification whenever I open it.
I spoke to Neptune and basically they want to send me a replacement but I have to put a deposit for it which is insane to me. (I'm too broke at the moment to do that so I figured I'd try my luck here).
Anybody know how to fix this?
