Classklown's 40B SPS Paradise

Nice stuff, and nice frags also. Seems like the guy makes generous cuts. I also like how he layed some of them down I always seem to have better growth when I do that.

Yeah john he's great. First online purchase from a private seller. Very satisfied. You should see some of the "freebies" he threw in. Almost like mini colonies

They look awesome! I like the Shades of Fall the best.

Thanks Matt, that's one of my favorites. The colors are even more impressive in person

looking good on those frags! nice sizes. cant wait to see the tank when its back to 100%

Lost a few pieces but mostly the freebies so I'm not worried. One thing I lost and am sad about is the upscales microlados that was absolutely stunning.

Red dragon stn a bit but I fragged and glued and it's doing great now. I think coral revive is too strong of a dip, this is what seller said also. Switching to coral ex now. Any thoughts?

Revive kills what Coral Rx does not. I have seen that first hand. There are some acros that do not take dipping well. Red dragon is for sure one of them.
I would dip in revive for shorter period of time then use Coral Rx.

I was just telling someone that got a piece of Hawkins from me to not dip that for too long. Those thin skin acros just don't put out the mucus that some of the other do and def can't handle the strong/long dips.

Thanks guys. Red dragon is fine and hawkins was unaffected. Lost the upscales and a atl shades of fall variant but the actual atl is fine so I am not upset. I am Pissed about the upscales tho...damn revive

Recommended is 15 min. What would you recommend?

I never dip anything for that long. 15 minutes is a little too much. Does the bottle say that? LOL - I never read it anymore.

I dip for 5 - 7 minutes.

I've been using coral Rx and its not that long. Though I usually use a stronger dip vs a longer dip.

Just keep in mind that they both kill different things. I found out the hard way that coral Rx does not kill red bugs. Any min now Paul will chime in praising Bayer insect killer. I think that pretty much kills everything, though I could be wrong.

I saw that thread on the insect killer but I'm scared to try it, even after all the success stories

Your not the only one. It just doesn't sound right to me either. But after my last problem I might just give it a try.
