What caused the phosphate spike?
That's crazy your getting phosphates that high just from the display tank. Have you thought about dosing lanthanum chloride.

I’m interested in hearing more about this I’ve always used gfo and another option is interestingNo haven't had the need to yet. But if I start having phosphate issues that's the way I'll go. I like that you have more control with it then gfo. Once you figure your dosage out you can keep your phosphates where you want them.
