We have a squirrelfish that the little lady brought home. I would have never got him but now I am glad she did. Hides a lot but a very cool fish and doesn't mess with the other tank mates.

I just got a purple tang on Saturday. It's my new favorite fish. My top 3 are my purple tang, Chevy tang, marine Betta (thanks Kyle)

I will have to get a better picture. He is getting big. It's just a PIA to feed. They eat so slow. I love how elusive he is.

Haha. Not all of it. Regal and majestics areclose to reef safe. I know a few with regals and majestics in mixed reef tanks.with no nipping. Keep them fat and happy. I will be receiving my regal angel end of february from nicewrasse.com. he quarantines all fish for 28 days before selling or shipping them.

Its up and running but there's no selection until the middle of February apparently.

I love hippo tangs but I feel like they're overrated. I do however like the blonde nanos but they get hugee

Hippos get pretty big also and desjardinis get huge. Potters angels are pretty cool but may be a little bit of gamble. Mine has been well behaved. There are lots of cool wrasses at a variety of prices. Stick with the fairies or flashers. Lots of interesting anthias also. Bimacs are one of my favorite. Take a drive up north at some point and check out elos and aquatic obsession.

I have 3 wrasses and love them all. Melenarus, six line, and mystery. The six line can be a bitch sometimes but only with new fish and only for a couple of days. I think they really get a bad rap. None of these wrasses will mess with shrimp as long as they the larger ones. I'm sure a sexy shrimp wouldn't last a second in there.

To those that mentioned regals. I have read many a thread that suggests that if you want z's&p's don't get a Regal. They will wipe the tank clean. They seem to be fine with other corals.

I don't like the mystery wrasse believe it or not, for the price, it just doesn't do it for me. I do like ur melenarus however. And yeah I wasn't going to look at Angels anyways, I had a bad 2 day trial with a Koran Angel before... Never again

Well I went to 5 different places today to start looking at fish, and man, it was slim pickings. Winded up buying a red coris wrasse and 3 green chromis. The wrasse is a juvenile that's just starting to get his adult colors. So far everyone has picked on him at least once Lol
