As an adult with a seasoned mind and liver I see you have your mental/ physical stimulus on your new stand. This of course needs to be in the fridge....unless you are British, then by all means drink it warm.

Lol the vitamins are in the fridge. That box is empty.

Waiting for Edwin to show up. Dude is taking his sweet old time. Thanks horseplay, I bet you can agree that it's much better than my old one!

Sorry man he was over my house helping me re program my controller. Looks like a great start stand looks really nice, but then again I'm partial to wood LOL. Good luck

All good Rob no worries. I finished around 4:30am and today is clean up day. I'm so sick of my tank! I think I have to redo my plumbing as I am getting the toilet bowl effect.

Completely forgot I had this. Time to update- Ultra algea X (this is how it is spelt) cleaned my rocks up. However, I stopped the full dose bc my corals were feeling it. I lost a few frags-superman Monti, apple berry Monti, and an Aussie frag from sunny. I wish I could have finished the full dose. It appears that some byropsis remains. I will have to battle it with tech M for now. Lighting - Good bye ATI fixture, you will be missed. The growth you gave me was amazing. I went with radions for several reasons. To highlight the main factors, I realized that the problems I was having with my old radion was that hanging the fixture 8" is too low on shallow tanks. On my 30g, 24x24x12- I was getting spot growth. Now I am going to either keep it raised, and increase power or install the wide angle lens. Also, they are UL listed.

Alright so it looks like I got trigger happy with the LEDs. I didn't acclimate properly and underestimated the power. It appears some of my colonies are bleaching and I'm only at 40%, 13" off the water. What amazes me is that I ran my 30g-24"x24"x12" gen 1 8" off the water 55%. These gen 2's are very powerful. I might not even upgrade to gen 3's

Small update.. Decided to pull the sand. My sand bed keeps growing algae even with the numerous nassarius snails- distortus, leopards, and the sp. Will pull about a half a bucket a week. On the positive side, coraline is everywhere!

What is your phosphate?

When I ran my gen 1's I kept them at 75%. When I upgraded I started my pro's at 50% and cooked everything. I keep them now at 35% and everything is happy.

I'm at 53% with my gen 2's. I'm getting my wide angle lens tm along with my new set of golf clubs. Thank you uncle Sam!
