Favorite Corals for $50.00 or less

As new reefers, or should I say soon to be new reefers. Right now We are a couple of people with a tank of water :adoration: My wife and I peruse the local fish stores, we look at photos and watch videos on the net and dream about a tank stuff full of wonderous creatures. The problem isn’t that we can’t find information, there is just to much of it. So I am asking you... experienced members of the reef community to chime in with YOUR favorite frags for $50.00 or less. Reasons and photos would be awesome. There is obviously no wrong answers. Please refrain from Corals that are super difficult to care for. Reasons can be color, shape, growth rate, ease of care, cost or anything at all that makes it a Coral that you would choose now. I am not looking for a list of the top five beginner corals for new reefers. I just want to know what YOU like and why.
I will start off with a Coral I think is wonderful for color shape and cost... Mind Trick Montipora. (Or Jedi mind trick). I like it because it is both encrusting and plating, has outstanding red polyps and crazy blue to purple growth fringe all for close to $50.00.

Zoas - easy to grow and colors are endless
Duncan - easy and provides movement
Hammer, Octospawn, frogspawn - colors and movement
Jack o Lantern Leptoseris - love the bright orange this one has. The first time I saw one in person was at @hcker99 Ultimate Corals.
Sympodium - it's not seen often in tanks. Love the blue and green color and movement
Ultra red Blasto- the bright red and green is great
Garf Bonsai - great purple coral and not difficult to keep
Acans- color and watching it eat

Zoas are easy and will grow fairly quick. I second the Jack o lantern lepto. It's a beautiful encrusting coral and easy to keep.

Also, pricing is just what an individual thinks they can sell it for. If your patient you can find fair prices for almost anything. keep an eye on the forums for frags from individuals.

I agree Lepto, they come in many different colors. Any euphyllia, War coral, favia, are good.
Green tyree toadstool, nepthea. Bright green and easy care.
Gorgonians too.
There are so many to list.

Marcus, if you can save some of the gorgonia for me till next meeting I am highly interested.

I like getting small frags and having them grow in over time. Not only keeps the cost down but leaves room for the reef to grow in.
Toadstool has been awesome to watch grow from 2-3 inches to more than double that (and when it flattens out/opens up even more). Mine has standard tan color but the movement and size make it the attention-grabber in my tank. Hypnotizing.
Zoas/palys
Rock anemones.
Duncan
Candy cane
Plating montipora
rainbow ricordeas
