I’m pretty sure these are the “tentacles” of a spaghetti worm. They must be real happy because they are all over my sandbed…..a nice green color

If you use a tds meter you can actually see the flush working as the tds drops.

Bob, this flush valve bypasses the restrictor valve on the waste water line. When opened, water rapidly flows out the waste line, with no water coming out of the “clean” side. My tds monitor points are at the exit of the clean line and after the DI canister. So I really can’t read my tds while flushing. Also note that with any RO unit, when first turned on, will have “high” tds for the first cup or so of water produced.
I think you just like them because they look like fish.
