March meeting thanks!!!!!!

As I sit here in the hallway at rod's house, kitchen to the right and a newly acquired tank standing on its side on the left, a tableful of food in front of me, the shuffling of Brian and John while raiding the fridge of canolis, gorging themselves on a hidden treasure only to be found by the courageous at heart, I bid adieu and thanks to rod and all the officers (in a meeting right now) for a great get together and another awesome meeting in central nj. Now off we go back to Philly in the rain and 40mph gusts and then figuring out where to put what from the pa group buy. Thanks again and welcome to all the new officers!!!!

Thanks Rod. Sorry I had to leave damn wind up rooted a tree in my front yard. Its hanging on the power lines. Everyone say a prayer so we don't lose power. I don't have a generator.

Thanks Rod. It was a pleasure. I hope everyone drove back safe. A lot of trees were down on my way back home. RT 27 was closed in parts due to flooding.

None the less, e had a good time.

Cheers

Thanks Rod for having us in your house. I really like the simplicity of your tank and it looked great.

It was great to see some of the gang again and to finally be able to put faces to some other names.

Nikki, let me know when you're ready to do that other tank. They are a lot easier than you would think.

I have to agree with you Matt on how simple and how good the tank looked..I might have to pick Rods brain about the setup.. and how did he tame that lionfish ???

Lion fish are very easy to train. They are very intelligent and adaptable fish.
I always thought of them to be on the aggressive side.. I should do some reading on them

Wanted to say thanks to Rod and everyone for the hospitality. It was great meeting fellow reefers in another club. I really felt at home. It was well worth the 2 1/2 hr drive.

Great looking tanks Rod.

I may have to start attending more of your meetings. You guys eat better than we do :)

Thanks for hosting a great meeting! We had a wonderful time and as far as I'm concerned there was PLENTY of room!

What a great way to get your initiation into the presidency. I look forward to watching the club grow under your leadership. Congrats to all the new officers. Good luck!

Thank you Rod for hosting the meeting, we had a great time. The raffle gods smiled upon us which was very nice, I think it is because we can both bring newbie luck.

Thanks Rod for hosting a great meeting. Winning three raffles just added to the pleasure. ;)

We also had two trees down in our backyard, hanging into a third tree, which saved our house. Doug and our neighbor spent two hours in the pouring rain cutting off branches from the two trees to get as much weight off of the third tree as they could. Praying that third tree holds out until morning and they can finish them off.

Great meeting, Rod. Thanks a lot for hosting it. It's always cool seeing the familiar faces and meeting new reefers. The food was great (mmmmmm . . . . jerk pork and lasagna . . . .) and the drinks were flowing, what else could you ask for!

See you all in April.
