I’ve been grilling all winter regardless, but today was just too nice to not cook outside. Just did some simple wings and shrimp. Can’t wait wait to reopen the pool and start hanging out on the deck again.

Decided to make pork mince meat bao buns for dinner. Will post some pics as soon as they are done...but this was a fun waste of a sunday afternoon prepping everything

Pre Memorial Day burgers. Picked up some Pat LaFreida burgers and grilled them up for me and the kids. Came out very good the kids loved them. Tomorrow will be mostly work around the house then I’m doing dogs and shrimp on the grill.

Picked up a sous vide this week. Doing mignons with asparagus and sweet potatoes.

Fried up some sausages with peppers, onions and long hots. Made on fresh baked garlic bread from Sun High farms. Should have gotten fresh made mozzarella too.

We did burgers and dogs. Asparagus with olive oil and lemon pepper. Side if tomato cucumber salad.

Next weekend picking zucchini flowers: can't wait.
