Is this a new tank? Once the diatoms absorb any silicates in the tank, and they been ate by snails your problems are over. Trochus snails eat diatoms. Cheap and they'll eat almost anything else. As a note, those nitrates are very low, and the phosphates are kinda high.

Everyone has an opinion, a different environment in their reef, and different goals they are trying to achieve. That info may be right for certain tank types and shapes, but wrong for others. You get to decide on what your reef is.
