Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
My grandma always watches the tank for me, and while she doesn’t notice the tiniest things that I would notice being off she keeps the tank in check until I am back. I would offer to watch your tank but I live an hour away from Marlton. My suggestion is that you see if anybody from our club is...
Just wanted to share the growth of my Acropora frag. I bought a little brown stick for $10 three weeks ago and in that time I can’t believe how much it changed. It’s a completely different color, is much thicker and has encrusted the majority of the surface of the frag plug. I guess I’m doing...
I don’t think I could choose between the three, but if I really had to I think LPS are my favorite. I haven’t added any other than a tiny hammer and a goniastrea to my tank because I am always worried about my other corals getting stung, but in the future I would like a few more. The color and...
46G, 2 clowns, starry blenny, banggai cardinal, and blue tang. I feed once or twice a day mostly pellets and some flakes. I try to feed some frozen 2-3 times a week, and there is almost always nori in the tank for the blenny and tang to graze. I also feed coral candy 2-3 times a week average if...
If you treated your tank with copper, it would have been absorbed into the rocks and will constantly be leeched back out into the water. If that’s the case I believe you have to replace all your rock.
As far as corals I agree you should start with softies first. Lots of cool looking zoas...
I like the idea for such a small tank! Any update now?
I’m a bit late on this but my experience with GE has been pretty quick. Usually the smell of acetic acid is gone after 2-3 days, then I let it sit with tap water for a few hours or so, then rinse once or twice and fill with what I wanted. I...
Well if you are in Central Jersey and decide you want a blue tang for it I have one that has been growing out in my tank since I rescued her and was hoping eventually I can find someone with a big enough tank! You would be more than welcome to have her when everything is up and running :)

That looks fantastic! One day I would love a system of that size. Would love to read your plans for stocking the tank if you have decided on that yet.

Welcome! If your boss is close to me I’d be down to help out just for fun as long as it’s not a school day [emoji6] haha

Hi everyone, I'm looking for suggestions our Relay for Life team this year. The theme this year is Disney so I am looking for something unique that would involve both a Disney thing and something else cancer related. An example of one we have so far is "Pirates of the Cureibean" but we haven't...
I buy nori at the grocery store, I get 8 square feet for like $5. The tang and blenny can go through a 4" strip in a day and I'm sure if I put in a bigger piece they would destroy it too.
Anyway, I did end up having to euthanize the chromis. I came home from school one night and he was at the...
I would check the entire room and maybe even beyond. I have heard these guys can get very cool because during low tide they travel between tide pool to pool. Don't have any experience with them so can't help much more, but good luck!
