Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
The simple fact that you can hide 90% or your equipment in your sump makes it a must have for me. A canister can be used, but I would personally only use it on a QT since it is a quick and easy solution.

I have heard good things about them and the owner seems like a very knowledgeable guy. I have a decent size colony of those zoas, I have no problem slicing a few off and giving them to you if you would like. And of course always open to trade [emoji4]

I definitely am thinking some species of sponges or tunicates. They shouldn’t cause any problems and will end up with a self limiting population since they are filter feeders.

Have you ever witnessed them crawling around or are they stationary? They almost look like sponges to me, especially the orange one.

Any chance of a better picture? Almost looks like a stomatella snail to me but really hard to see. Also looks like some aiptasia in the background.

Sorry about your jumper :(
I put a lid on my tank after my long nose hawk jumped in the middle of the night. Found him crispy behind the tank.

I have a Sicce Syncra 2.0 Return pump I will be willing to part with once my new tank is up. 568 GPH, not sure if that’s too little for you though.

They were going to let me actually have a piece of it if I came back on a less busy day since it was packed. I was standing in line with my family when the sold sign was put on the tank and my heart dropped a little haha

If any of you happen to know the guy who bought their smaller display (right behind the register) let me know lol. I will pay any price they want for a Sinularia that was in there.

I am very curious about the clam as well... my assumption is it will move over to Jenkinson’s Aquarium if nobody has a big enough tank.

Looks like this.
One of my favorite corals ever but haven’t been able to find one. Let me know if you live close and have one and let’s see what we can work out :)
I was there yesterday, they said it’ll be closed by the end of the month. I will be surprised if there is anything left in there by tonight

I have heard of euphyllia species using this as a form of reproduction. When the heads get too heavy to hold up they fall off and grow into new colonies with time. Maybe someone can provide more input and from experience rather than what I’ve heard

Not currently but I plan to get 2 when I get a bigger tank. I’m stuck between the melanurus, leopard wrasse, and yellow wrasses.
