I have two sets of NEW Jebao WP-40 Power Supply and Controller(newest) that I bought so I wouldn't have to remove all the wiring, etc. from my cabinet to clean the pumps. Also, good to have some spares. These will work for the WP-25's as well.

I'm not sure what you're trying to make, but the hollow frames allow you to install the corner pieces to hold the frame together. If you need a source of raw aluminum extrusions, I've used these folks a few times. They also sell the HDPE...
Many people just use it under their rock work, so you don't have to cover the whole bottom if you don't want to. You can also just cut it into pieces that will fit though your top, and piece it together on the bottom.

Is the plug molded onto the cord or are there screws on the strain relief? According to the book the unit is rated, and fused for 20A. If the plug has screws, maybe someone replaced the 20A plug(L5-20P) with the L5-30P so it could be used on a 30A circuit(L5-30R). If so, you could replace the...
Here's another source I've used for power strips:

I like the fact that you can get them with shorter cords, and have horizontally positioned plugs with a lot of space between them, and have mounting flanges on the ends.
George, I have four of these(10A/125V) you can have if you want them.
This is where I bought them and a good source for cables in general.
