Its best to pay an electrician and have it done right. Also, permits are good and cost maybe $25-$75 and you will have the assurance that what you or and outside electrician did was correct or not.

Definitely need circulation or current movement and a light... RBTAs are very sensitive and can't tolerate dirty tanks. Maybe if stressed enough it might even split... in hopes that the other half of it might survive. :)
Okay got some pics of the stand build. I might lower it a bit as it's an eyesore being that high. More pics will come once I have it finalized. Lucky for me.. I can run my LED wire through the conduit without splicing it. I'm open to comments for improvements. :)...
