Go with all dead rock. If you add LR from a store or buy it from another reefer, you have no idea what nasty hitchikers are coming with it. Also the rock can be loaded with detritus and other nasty gunk. As far as where to get it from I cannot advise you there, but I know a few guys here have...
They get along fine. Initially there was some chasing and harassing between the females, but never anything serious. How big of a tank would they be going into? I would just make sure they have plenty of room.
The Genicanthus species of angel is your most "reef safe" angelfish that there is. I have a bellus, watanabe, and a pair of semifasciatus and have never had a problem with any of them bothering my corals.
Richie, just a thought but you may want to consider doing your aqua-scape first and then filling it with water. It could be quite difficult to try and aqua-scape with the tank full of water.
