    Ecambero I'm thinking DIY. But not sure. There is one company that uses a better led and charges 200 to put it together. 700 total. My tank is 6 x 1 1/2 x 2 so I need at least 3 heat syncs and 120 LEDs. So do I sell a kidney or DIY. Hmmm I do have 2 ..:)

    I bought one last summer with the big storm. I got it from home depot. Was 800 bucks. It is another name but has a Briggs and Stratton engine. ITs not being sold now. But it is rated 8k watts. I also recommend getting the subpanel hookup so you can just plug it in outside. I'm in Howell...

    It began with a new sump..

    So brakes are on for a bit. Had solar panels put on roof. Inspector came to check. Found my nice finished basement and informed me I didn't get permits to do it. Almost got a 6 k fine! Put in for permits then the pain will begin!

    Hi all. Curt and I are building a new sump for my 140 gallon tank. Lots going to be happening in the next few weeks months. The pics below are of the 70 gallon sump we are putting together. Thanks to Nate for specs - he helped Curt figure out specs. I'll post pics of the other stuff later...
