    Well tackled my ro/di leak. I thought it was hose that bursted apparently my first canister cracked just under the o-ring. Made a trip to the hidden reef and bought a new canister and replaced it. The new canister is Definetly a better quality. Hope I don't have this issue again. Lol

    No post filter is th first stage of the ro system. The line that bursted was the feed line to the ro system. That filter lasts me aleast 6 month before I have to change it.

    Is your tank a RR? If so how do you take the calcium algae of the overflow box since their plastic?

    I actually have a black background but I still like the coralline look. My coralline is just starting to grow so I have some time to decided to keep it black or let it take over.

    Hey everyone what is your preference on having Coraline Algae on your glass? Personally I like the look of having the Coraline algae on the back panel and the overflow boxes. But not on the side panels or the front panel. Just my preference.

    To skim or not to skim that is the queston!

    I would say if you stay on top of a 10gal water change weekly you could probaly get away without a skimmer.

    Since I changed my ro hoses to their proper locations the algae has started to die off. Yay. Once this is completely under control then comes new fishes.

    Downbeach I've actually seen ro systems with Two of the dual inline TDS meters connected to their ro systems. I guess they check every step of the filtration process.

    But still I had my TDS meter on the output of the di to verify when my TDS started to rise. I have seen some systems with 2 TDS meter.
