Well I think I need to pull my hermits. I got 6 new Super Tongan Nassarius Snails and the hermits came and attacked them. I like the hermits but I need the snails to stir the sand around. I have a halloween hermit in my FOWLR so I might trade him out for the redlegs in the reef tank.

I would put the wrasse and clowns in last. Start with the goby/pistol pair first. This way they have time to build there home before putting the wrasse in.

Depending on what you are trying to keep. If you are doing a SPS tank then no, but if you do a LPS/Softy tank then yes as they like some nutrients in the water and will not do as well as if you skimmed less.

What I've learned is corals will not grow over night no matter how much I stare :o . LOL. But I'll still sit there and stare. I've also learned that a little bit of prevention can save you from a headache in the future.

Well the coral banded is still MIA. But here is some updated shots. I got a few higher light SPS so I had to do a little rearranging of rockwork. This blasto I've had for almost a year now and its finally popping out baby heads.
