15 min in dip then rinse in tank water before putting into tank. Atleast thats how I do it. Nothing has ever browned out because of it if thats what your asking.

I want to build a canopy for my 75gal but I'm concerned with heat. I was thinking about incorporating a fan on one side. Maybe the size of a computer fan. How would I go about tieing that into the light wiring. Would I have to put a fuse or resistor inbetween the fan and the power? I don't want...
