Phyl, how come some of the website say they need to be feed? candy cane coral i have two smaller sets, about 5 heads each, they were full and puffy when i brough them, and they became very thin over time... then some one told me that they need to be fed... so i started to feed them with...

Hi, I have a Candy Cane coral, it have at least 30 heads... due to the location i have it in the tank, some heads on the opposite side of the tank i wont be able to feed it... it ithat OK? or I have to feed all heads some how? thx for the advise. David

I am no expert... i just tell you my point of view, and let other pros to answer all your questions...  ;D i use 2 heaters (in case one broke, the other one still work), one in tank, one in sump (see explaination below) i paid an employee from a LFS helped me to setup my tank (1.5 years) ago...

To clarify - i do not have an expensive macro len camera...  :( am thinking to buy one in the near future...   ;)  I will then ask you all for Macro Advise...  ;D i use my Canon S40 with a very slightly angle to take pictures, if i have the camera against the glass, it become bury/too-close... ...

i normally point my camera with an angle... (so it is not a strange/horizontal) to avoid the mirror effect...
