    new jeabo power heads

I have the 40 on my tank with 2 6105's and its amazingly quiet! I've had it for a little over 2 months now with no issues at all. It was a little noisy at first but after the first week it has been dead silent. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2

MOVING SALE....1st of many items to sell ATI 4X80w Sunpower T5 w/bulbs

We have decided to move and since I am not using this practically brand new fixture, I need to start clearing things out and this is the first to go. Fixture was bought 2 months ago but I quickly realized I overreached on the lighting and did not need this. I had been holding onto it as back...

    Fish DOA/Guarantee?

Mike you did the right thing by being honest. I'm sure they will make it right. No good comes from being dishonest and for anyone to suggest that you should not have been honest is crazy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2

    Elos store in millburn/short hills

Can we all agree that as individuals we can buy which ever tank we want and spend as little or as much as we want on said tank? Are the tanks expensive, they are. Are they worth it, some say yes and some say no. I believe they are when you look at the warranty, the customer service and if i...

    Top online stores?

premium aquatics for dry goods except salt, foster and smith for salt because they have free delivery for orders over $49 and if you set up for auto delivery the 10th shipment is free. So I end up paying $72 for a 200g bucket of Tropic Marin Salt. They offer auto delivery on a lot of their...

Red and purple coral not coloring up – and in some cases, dying

The mini cal reactor should be more than big enough for your system but if you're low on media that could be part of the problem. What ph level are you keeping the reactor at? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2

Red and purple coral not coloring up – and in some cases, dying

Jeff does love to talk so there's no such thing as a short chat with him. I put an inline ph probe holder on my pro cal reactor so I could get a better feel for the bubble count and impact on the ph in the chamber. What kind of media are you using and how big is your system? Sent from my...

    Elos Aquastudio - Great experience

I'd get the copper kit sooner than later. Shops should not sell copper without selling a kit. Too much copper can be deadly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2

Red and purple coral not coloring up – and in some cases, dying

My understanding (someone correct me if I am wrong) is that purples are sensitive to high po4 levels and will turn brown with elevated levels. The marks on your monti cap looks like something is eating the tissue like a monti eating nudibranch or possibly from a fish sitting on it. I had a...

    Temp question

I have been using the regional temp program on my tank since the middle of last summer as well. I like that it keeps the temp pretty stable and gradually increases/decreases the temps thru out the year.

Anyone have/had Atman skimmer pump issues?

Joe I picked up a used nac7 and I can't get the pump to work. It works when I take the cover off but as soon as I put it back on it won't work. I'd spend a little more money for reef octopus and sorry I didn't. I should add that the skimmer was used and sold to me as only being 6 months...

Old R2R - New Store Info

There's an old saying...."you can please some of the people some of the time but you'll never please all of the people all of the time". We all have different levels of expectations and that's ok. When Greg had the store I went in once and never went back. John has made the location 1000 times...
