While I would never pay this money for a sea dragon, I think it is great that it is being bred.
They are amazing to look at, and this gives hope that in time, more will be known about their captive care and the price will come down.
have used loctite and super glue gel.
Biggest issue i have had with the gels is if i am trying to add glue and then place it on rock in my tank wet.
Glue tends to cure too quick for a good bond.

I have heard stress causes splits, especially if it is happening frequently.
However, I imagine there are situations where the anemone splits for reasons other than stress. I do not think all anemone's in the ocean were "born" out of stress.
I am not sure of this, I am just speculating.
