What are you using if you want to cut part of your live rock. This will be for cutting a piece off the side, as well as creating holes for plugs.

I wonder if they use an HOB Protein Skimmer.  :P

Thanks all for the great tips. I will definitely give them a try. To answer the question around what corals. Mostly this has been either plug to rock, or SPS to rock. I have a mixed reef, so I imagine in the future there will be some other corals I need to mount as well. Thanks again all.

RO water is beneficial for what it doesn't have, and not what it does have. e.g. phosphates (feeding your algae problem), nitrates, other impurities.
