The title says it all. These guys are in time out in my refugium. THEY ARE NOT REEF SAFE, hence the fact that they are in my fuge. If you do not have a reef tank and would like them, they are free to a good home. The Pom Pom is about .75", the bumblebees are about .5" each.
You had to say it didn't you. Just had to. (sigh)
Ruining my good name on the boards. (sigh)
And Bob. I'm really disappointed in you.
All that work getting him this into the hobby, and you just call me a pusher? Geeze. I get no credit from you.
+1.
Don't be so hard on yourself, you have kept 20 babies alive and thriving. do I have to point you back to the early years when no one was able to raise a single fish past meta?
You're doing great, just give it time. As you continue to raise more and more babies, it will get easier. And, if...
Hi, Paul!
Hi, my name is Nicole and I'm a reef-a-holic and I made my husband a reef-a-holic too. Which means the house NEVER gets clean, but boy do the tanks look nice!
Five minutes?! wow, thats impressive. It usually takes me significantly longer than that just to do a sketch, then several hours to make my dinky little sketch into a painting- thats if all is going well. Guess its a good thing I haven't quit my day job. You, however, have created art in small...
Mike (mnat) might not have been very clear, he is referrring to the 20G tank in the "Her 20" thread.
The amount of live rock is a bit fluid at the moment. . . I learned this year that if you have a zoas in a nano THEY WILL TAKE OVER THE LIVE ROCK. So, the pieces of live rock that were...
I have a 20g tank with the following cleanup crew in my tank that I can find right now:
10 Trochus (the black kind that can flip themselves back over)
10 ceriths
3 chestnuts
15-20 nasarrius
7 nerites
10 scarlet reef hermits
15 blue leg hermits
1 strawberry crab (he does not help with algae)...
I have fed our 30g which houses our goni (on the sand bed) with live baby brine on many occasions. I feed with a turkey baster with frozen food, and a very fine mesh net for live baby brine; it is possible he eats the baby brine, but I've never seen any reaction to the baby brine- the clowns on...
Wendy,
Best wishes for a speedy recovery. In the meantime, hopefully your feathered friends are up for some extra cuddling (bad day with fish = good day to cuddle with the birdy in my mind). Their new space looks wonderful.
Nikki
Good luck!
Glad to hear all is going well, can't wait to see your posts tomorrow. Regarding your little guy i have to say I do have one more (very small) extra tank, so don't feel like you have to cull him on a pure space issue, i'd be happy to lend you this one as well.
