That is the run-down of the tank specs and equipment, plan is to get all the pieces together and then from there build the tank. I would rather have everything ready to go and do it once than adding stuff afterwards. Most likely setup we're looking after the new year, maybe February the latest I'd say realistically.

Got the tank from John on Wednesday thanks to Steve (9Supra)s help. Thanks again buddy!

Last night was able to get it rinsed out pretty well, just need to vinegar bath it to get the coraline and stuff off the glass. Then need to clean the sand and replumb the tank since the pvc wasn't glued :x

Hopefully with-in next few weeks I'll have some pics and progress to report

I got vinegar so tomorrow will be spent spraying, scraping, spraying, scraping. I will order the glass-holes return kit once I figure out where I put my wallet.

Ideally I am aiming for after the new year to have the tank setup. In theory I could set it up completely now, but I still need to get a few essential items like an apex and another radion before I can begin.

I am still debating if I want to run bio-pellets and carbon or keep it traditional and run gfo and carbon instead options options.

Just spent the morning at the doctor's office getting antibiotics and vicodin. Went to bed Friday night, woke up Saturday morning with this and it has been swelling since. NO IDEA HOW IT HAPPENED but i cant open my mouth/in pain thus blah.

went to the doctor today, they dont know wtf it is think it is an infection. He wouldn't drain it or anything just gave me antibitoc and vicodin for the pain. Said if it spreads anymore like to the rest of my lip or anything go to emergency room otherwise have to go back on Tuesday to see if it healed. If it hasn't by then I need to go to either an oral surgeon or an emergency room

Seriously, lip infections can get pretty nasty. It’s a good thing you got to the doctor’s office in quick order. Hopefully you’re back to flapping your lips real soon! Get well.
