Finally got my adjustable skimmer stand in the mail. Set up the skimmer tonight. Tryna re-break it in.

Now I just gotta order my starboard and get this rock in there and in a few weeks(hopefully) I can add some livestock :)

Well I still wanted to incorporate a fuge but I wanted it to look a lot more nice, not just a section with rock rubble and chaeto. Now its going to hopefully be a place for multiple macros and it'll kinda be my little tank within a tank.

And yeah I know with the skimmer, just figured it may help clean the water up a lil bit since I'm still cleaning it

Paul after I threw her down the stairs in May, I mean she slipped and fractured her tibia and I got to see the bone and blood all over, she has not baked since. She is now up and about on her feet though so I may have to request some!

If you ever want to stop by and critique my tank / get some cupcakes please do. I remember when I first met you when I had my 135g tank, I think you bought a coral beauty from me if I remember right.

If all goes well I plan on proposing to my girlfriend in spring 2017 so we'll see :x, fortunately she thinks my geeky hobby of fish is "cute, adorable, and fun".

will these work if I wanna put one in my skimmer collection cup or should I get a specific kind of float?

Nope they are the kind you want. Take a look at the apex manual though. Switches come set to operate in different positions. In otherwords they can either be open in the high or low position. Some are reversable. You may be able to program your apex with either type but confirm that before you order them.

Thanks Mike, I still have to wire in my ATO float so when I do that I'll see what the settings are. Just been slacking as of late with the hardware lol

Update:

I finally bought a salinity probe... But bought the wrong calibration fluid lol gotta c if I can swap it out over the weekend.. I'm FINALLY going to order my starboard/cutting board tomorrow or Saturday and then I just gotta cut it, scape the rocks and the waiting game begins(or continues...)
