Looks great just make sure you have room between the front glass and the rocks. First for a glass scraper and second for frags and stuff you want to see and put on the sand bed.

Yeah I made sure there was enough room for the glass scraper. Always one of the first things I think of lol and there won't be a sand bed so

Update...
I winded up ordering 2 mesh socks to try out and they seem to be working well. Little bit more flow and just as quiet as the felt socks. we'll c how they hold up.

Also got a titanium 500w heater. Moved it to the other side of the sump away from the probes and pulled out my Eheim.

In other news, I was gonna turn on my skimmer to help clean the water some but it going nuts bc of the vinegar, so I shut it back off. My filter socks were foaming up before. This will go away I hope right?

Im not sure if its bc I scraped my back glass yesterday but my rocks are starting to show signs of diatoms I believe. This is the first time I've had the lights on a schedule in months.

Well the rocks r getting brown for sure. Back glass and overflows r getting brown as well. I'm actually starting to see tiny bubbles on the overflow. Not sure what that's all about but hopefully its just a phase.
Also, not sure if its bc of the mesh socks but I'm getting micro bubbles in my DT now.

Should I turn the lights out?
