Dan's 150 Rebuild

Not really, they all seem normal right now. My powder blue tang has been swimming around the same area but other than that, nothing out of the ordinary. They definitely have white specks tho

Okay so going off that article, they recommend soaking food in garlic and feeding normally and just making sure not to stress out the fish anymore. Which is what I was planning on doing any ways. I guess if things start to get worse, I'll go another route, until then, its garlic and food :)

Well I have my first casualty. My bicolor blenny is dead and it looks like my PBT might be next. Seems he has developed more spots over night. He's still swimming around okay tho so that's a good thing

I thought about a tote bc I have several lying around but they're not too sturdy, more water, more flex. Plus how long does the cure process take?

i would stick a copper-removing resin in your main tank afterwards, like seachems cuprisorb, just to be safe. since the fish could/would absorb and then slowly excrete some of the Cu++.

cure process as in, treatment length? variable - temperature affects everything. plus the worse the fish are, the longer they take to get better.
for any disease i like to keep the treatment going a day or two after the fish are asymptomatic.

Okay well it looks like I'm gonna try the 40 breeder hospital tank. How do I go about setting this up? Never had to before, what do I need? Can I use old tank water to fill up the hospital tank? What specific medication should I get? Temp? Salinity? Sorry for all the questions
