Lol well I'm hoping I get to see him. I haven't seen either one since I put them in the tank yesterday. I have noticed some crevices under rocks being dug out tho so I guess he's already doing his job lol

Good luck! I tried in the 8g, and the 16 as well. Lost sight of any of them! Transferred some rocks around, and suddenly I hear popping noises in my 75g tank now! At least I know it's still alive lol

So my female clown has been burrowing into the sand behind the rocks. She'll swoop down and "kick" the sand out of the way. Any idea why?

I've narrowed it down to 2 different lights. I'm thinking the Metal Halide setup might be overkill tho. What do you guys think?

I'd personally go with the t5s. The Halide would burn a lot of corals in a tank that shallow IMO. Do a 4 bulb t5 fixture over the tank. In my own experience, will sustain everything from Softies, LPS, SPS, Clams, and Photo Gorgs!

That's what I was thinking! I'm gonna go to my LFS tomorrow and see if they have any decent lights, if not, I'll order one tomorrow off aquatraders

Well there werent any decent lights at my LFS, so i ordered a T5 setup off aquatraders on monday. Hopefully itll be here by the end of the week.

Still havent seen the goby or shrimp tho :/ other than that the tank is doing really good :)

Go get yourself some better bulbs. The ones that come with the odyssea fixture are pretty bad. They grow algea good though. Obviously ATI bulbs are the better ones out there but The Hidden Reef sells AquaticLife bulbs also. They are about $5 cheaper each then the ATI's and are pretty good. All in all a good set of bulbs are gonna run you $80ish more if you have them shipped.

Fish factory sells ATI, HR sells AquaticLife. That's prob the closest to you.

Ill probably just go to aquarium center and see what they have. They have a pretty big selection of bulbs from what i can remember. Only problem is finding them in 24" lol

24" is common size. Don't by anything but ATI, geismann, or acuatic life. The rest are worthless. If be willing to bet they don't have any of them

I'm pretty sure I bought ATI from them before. But that was a few years ago so you could be right.

I could be wrong, like I said it was a few years ago so things could have changed. If not ill just order em off of BRS or somewhere
