Today I went to Sandy Hook to take a walk with wife and more important, collect some wild stuff from the ocean after inspired by @Paul B. The place is really beautiful when the crowd is not there and there are a lot of interesting things to look like. I collected some rocks covered with algae. The salinity is 1.015 and there is not a lot of pods on first sight. But after the dust settled I do see a few swimming around. One looks like a tiger pod and the others are kind of unknown. I put a piece of rock in the tank and the rest in a 10g with a bubble stone and clip on light. My Rock beauty angelfish is eating the algea or whatever on the rock but I am really hoping my multibar angelfish will eat it. It has been only picking stuff off rocks for 6 weeks since I got it. It's kind of thin. BTW all these are happening in my frag tank now repurposed anglefish tank.
Here's a couple of shots of the angelfish tank. The multibar didn't cooperate but the rock beauty is oblivious to the camera. The RBTA from @mrehfeld is incredible and after walking around for weeks finally found the spot it likes.
You see a glimpse of the multibar behind the rocks in the second picture. A beautiful fish but heartbreaker for many.
