Yea, that would work. I was hoping for something a little more... interesting... though.
I'm sorry to let you all down. I did try to get a friend of mine with another truck to follow me in reverse home and put both truck beds together. He didn't go for it.
I will say that I did change the scope of work. I decided to rip my front porch off and also build a 12x13 foot deck off the back of my house. My wife is happy times 2! I am starting with the back deck because I have never done this before. So I figure I would start with this since it's in the back of the house. Plus the Trex won't be available till the 22nd. This will be practice for the front. The back I am just using 1x6x12 boards

Looks great Matt! Nice job. I'm also willing to bet you passed out somewhere in the house after doing all that in one day.
