Only other caution is if you have captive bred fish, they are not exposed to the same wild fauna from the ocean. Clownfish being part of the damsel family I wouldn't worry too much...

you can certainly do this. I didn't try this with the tunze ato as the pump for the tunze sits at the bottom of the reservoir which would eventually gum up the pump if you have all the kalk settling in there. I am not familiar with the jbj ato so maybe that is not an issue.
