Besides breaking the LR down, the worst case scenario would be to add an octopus....:( but try the below...not done it myself and only read this online... 1 - 6" pice of stocking (i use the toe end and measure out) 4 - toothpicks 1 pc - shrimp, mussel, fish or whatever bait you want to use...

welcome scott! How old are the clowns - did you purchase them as juveniles/babies or are they mature clowns? Mature clowns - it would seem to be a possible mating move, but was the other clown nearby? If it's just swimming along by itself erratically that is not mating but possibly plain...
