Sorry to drag up this old thread - matt any update on this...i saw on the change dot org site that there is a petition (over 100,000 signed) to get this to be on the endangered list. I read some of the original petition below - it remarks that florida exports up to 100,000 of these seahorses...

Never had any experience with this vendor - but I did meet him at one of the NJ frag swaps - obviously seeing what you are paying for helps. In my case I never did pull the trigger although I was tempted since like most vendors he was offering deals at the end of the show to move inventory.

correction - i use the regular typhoon 3...not the extreme version. I also received a free handheld TDS meter...not sure if they include that anymore.
