The R&J stands are more expensive ($500+) than a standard pine stand for a 120, that will run you around $230. There are some other options/ manufacturers as well.

I use plumbers putty to build a dam to keep the water in a pool and keep the bit cool.

Is that SS hose in the tank? If it is, you should replace it with a plastic hose clamp. I hate when Nems decide to go for a walk, that's why I will never put a nem in my tank.
