6 weeks is the Minimum to run the tank fallow and to keep fish in QT. Some people will go as long as 8 weeks.

Glad the frags are happy. The rocks are by a company called Aquaroche, and if you check out the site there are some really nice tanks all done with this ceramic rock. Only problem with it is, there is only one distributor in the entire U.S. and they are located down in South Carolina.

How long have you had the fish?

I know in the Nano world, they say they 454's will give the tank a purple color that will take some time for you to get use to. As Mike mentioned, not too many people are using PC's. Would a LED retro be a possibility to replace the PCs for blue supplementation?
