i always wonder the benefit of making a robot fish shape look as REAL?
imaging that - some other bigger fishesssssssssssss swimming by, and then one giant bite later - the $29,000 would be gone pretty fast!

compared to this thread - http://www.njreefers.org/joomla/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=16473.0 - we are all normal...
;D
I was referring/kidding about your last posted pictures are all sideways...(not really your equipments).
;)
- I think they pick the 200 micron, so they would not have to clean the filter socks EVERYDAY!! ;D They mind as well use some xtra large fish nets to keep the fish being suck to the pump... ::)
- if this project fail, i think they should dig a big whole on the 2nd floor (on top of the garage)...
since these are R/O fresh water, it don't need any expensive pump, i think some cheap pond pump in home depot ~$40 or so with small tube like 1/8" or 1/4" would do just fine.
also do not miss the group buy this month from Air-Water-Ice for TDS meter...
;-)
if you have LOW general water hardness (~5) (or low TDS ~80)... you could get the Cati-Ani unit, it have very fast RO/DI (~12 gals-per-hour)!!
if you have higher something like me (GH ~30) and (TDS 500+) - it is quite annoying to re-charge must more often ( < 200 gals).
