Sorry Matt, you can NOT put two Zebrasomas in the same tank....they will square off. I'll have to come down and confiscate one of those fish.....I'll be there tomorrow.
I know this first-hand because I have a Yellow and Scopas in the same tank.....don't tell anybody.

If one has to go it will be the Purple. I just recently got rid of a Yellow tang and the they got along perfectly. The Yellow, Purple, and Chevron would school all day long. I may try and put the Purple in the sump for a week or so. I just really like that fish so I don't want to throw the towel in too quickly.
I ordered a 5w blue laser the other week to help kill some hydroids and aptasia. It's coming from China so who knows how long it will take and what customs will do with it. I had to order the batteries from eBay.
They came in the mail the other day.
I also ordered some extra safety glasses so other people could be in the room when it is being used.

Well I think I made a mistake letting my wife on the forum, I am looking to upgrade and thanks to mattZ here, she "is entitled to an upgrade" also but she has not yet told me what it is... All she is saying is that it is going to be really good.

The Purple Tang had to find a new home. I didn't even risk it to see if they could just fight it out. The Purple was 3x the size of the Black. It eats like a pig but I can't get it to eat any nori or those grazer rings. I have tried every color
I have pellets that have what it needs so I am sure he will come around
I have had this 25w UV sitting in the box for the last nine months, and I amjust now getting around to installing it.
I just have to pick up a flow meter or something to make sure I have it dialed in to specs.

Sorry to hear about having to re-home the purple, it really was a beautiful fish. I can definitely understand though the black you picked up looks great too. One day I'll have a tank big enough for one.... Best of luck with it

I was bummed to have to get rid of him. I may wait a few months and then get another small one. We will see
The Chevron & the Black are perfectly fine together. I got rid of the Purple and didn't even risk letting out the black. The Purple was way to aggressive. I may just get another Purple in a month or so that is small. The one I had was on the large size and the Black Tang is only about 1.5"
When I first let the black out of the acclimation box the chevron attacked it and had it pinned in the corner. Ten minutes later and they were schooling together.

Update!!! I'm not too sure what's going on with the older pictures right now. It's something being worked on, mine weren't showing for a while and are now. I'm extremely tech limited so I'm not sure what the exact issue is. I'll see what I can find out.
