Zippys tank

Thanks guys, the tank is just happy right now. At some point I'll screw something up and my least favorite colors of brown and white will return. On a side note, I was at fengs today and all I can say is that man has built the biggest tank I've ever seen!! Wonderful time chatting and seeing all his home made tanks. The corals are outstanding in color and size. One can appreciate what A true colony looks like. Gotta go back.

Tank is looking good! Top down shots are always awesome.

Next time you go to Feng's let me know, he's like, right in my back yard. I've been meaning to get over there one day.

I'm in let me know when I haven't seen Feng since the meeting at Brian's house. I also have to bring Brian his Hole saws he let me borrow to drill my tank. Dual purpose stop.

It's a cool place (fengs), he is a bug eccentric and talks like a run on sentence but he LOVES his corals. I believe his store really is just a place to house his tank andante sell some stuff to cover costs. He is practical with fish choice and keeps those that do a job. Lighting is all led similar to reefbreeders. He strongly believes in frequent if not daily water changes. He really has an awesome tank!!! To top it off he built it himself and says its so easy! Lol. I say Brian since you'd his neighbor call him and let's set a date.

Like the new float viewer. Place cell on it and snap shots.

The last one was my all time favorite sps....hawkings echinata! It's got the color and form all in one. This particular piece was from one sole surviving polyp from a colony I grew from a frag I got from Sunny.

Did a water change today. Here is my set up....I'll try to explain the flow
image.jpg here is a full shot of the display.

Awesome Pete! Great growth and great color. In regards to your sump/fuge system, how does the water from the sump in the closet get back to the sump under the tank?

The 29 gal in closet is a little higher than the 40 under the display. It flows back by passive gravity. No pump required. The only return pump is in the 40 left corner that shoots straight up.

After almost 2 years in this hobby, only now can I fully appreciate what you have achieved here. This is an art. Well done sir.
