On the rock? No. There stable enough. There’s no way fish will knock them over. As long as I’m not careless, they should be fine. I jostled then around a bit And they Dont move much. Epoxy is a great extra level of insurance though.
Thank you. It’s half filled now. Heater and 1 powerhead is on line right now. Ended up with about a 1 inch sand bed. 40lbs of sand. I think thats what we estimated it would probably take.
Another scape revision with different rocks. Im actually happy with it. It has a decent amount of surface for coral. Anyone have any suggestions before I add sand and water? Not going to offend me, if you see a problem, let me know.
Yea I’ve beem messing with it. I’m not too thrilled with anything I’ve come up with. This is my latest revision. The rocks are on pvc spacers for pistol shrimp/ watchman goby habitat. They hate it when they dig out the sand and the rocks cave in on them.
The tape idea was great. I had green laying around. Not that visible on camera. Like you said, blue would be preferable. I’m fairly happy with the scape. I can’t get pictures that captures it very well.
Now have all the important stuff for the new tank now. The Reefbreeder photon V2 lights arrived. Got plenty of dead rock from eric210. (Thanks again Eric), There is also a nice piece of live rock that’s been in the sump of my current tank to seed it. I will pick up a couple bags of live sand...
