Anyways - in a nutshell, to feed the fry - you will need rotifers, and then graduate/wean them to some dry food (makes life hellva lot easier) such as otohime.
btw if you don't want to spend all that money on otohime -the sample pack is perfect...especially if you are just doing a few hatches...
Don't panic, clownfish will readily breed and re-lay eggs like clockwork every 14 days. So while this hatch may be food for the tank, I wouldn't worry about it.
I just wrote this list for someone else...
Look it over..then decide if raising the fry is in your future...
What do you need for...
i think serpent stars are great and really cool. However big ones tend to walk around at night and they seem to find the nice niche that my jawfish built...making for a very unhappy jawfish.
So now I am resigned to only small mini serpent stars that exist in the LR, coral nooks/cavities etc.
bax - late to the thread but the 6100s...you know the hockey puck transformer is big right like if you put a soda can against it is much wider....the 6000s hockey puck fit perfectly like a coaster for a 12 oz soda can. But both will say "6100" on the box.
i had a false perc decide to use a large frogspawn as home in my old tank...the clown was small and the colony was big so no harm no foul. Your clarkiis...are they big? relative to the Frogspawn that is? Might be the cause of the heads being rubbed off...
Awesome!!!!!!!!!...except for the ugly smiley...hahahah (not your fault, it's an old scab i like to pick at with the board about the ugly smileys we have).
well that's news to me on the rainbow BTA...never heard of it...but of course google is a pal and here's a pic (assuming no photoshop).
But yours looks really pale in comparison....definitely keep an eye on it. If it is a rainbow that's a nice score. I'm not sure stock PC lights are ideal...
I have a single cardinalfish like this one seen here:

I had originally intended for the tank to have a shoal of them and it didn't pan out. Now that I have two bossy tangs and a bossy clownfish, there is no way I can add...
it's normal for anemones to contract and expand...
however maybe someone else can chime in but I am more concerned about the coloration of your specimen...it seems a little bleached (which would mean it expelled the symbiotic algae in it's body and will have a hard time getting any energy from...
new invert....i didn't think i could have shrimp in my tank because i wasn't sure if they would aggravate my maxima clams or possibly steal the clownfish eggs....but so far so good...
i know they do not come out in daylight so this was my best chance at a quality photograph. Sure enough...

more news on the Bogans...apparently DEP was at the Brielle docks when this boat came in with 800 plus black sea bass (caught out of season)...
I moved this thread out of Emergency since it's no longer one. :)
That stated - i was searching for a thread I think Sid (the codfather) started that was a sticky/list of people who had items or could share stuff to help out in the event of a power outtage....like so so has a battery pump to...
i've used this whenever i lost power...$5 well spent.

2 D batteries and it comes with a little airstone/hose and has kept the fish in my 120 alive. Of course if you overstock your tank then you may want more than one.
