Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
Here's some info. on them.

I've spoke to Icecap about dimming t-5s.no way.I think there is a way to dim VHO bulbs with Icecap ballast.

If you can take the rock out and dig under it with a screwdriver. That would work best.
If you can't remove the rock then during a water change try to dig it out with the screwdrive and have the siphon hose suck it out as you chip it off.
I find that the light color zoas like a lot of light.(up top)Dark ones like less light.(down low)I put all new frags low and move up slowly.(over a few days/weeks).The less moving the better. I also find zoas like some flow.(not direct though)
I started dosing vit c (Herb.com) about 6 months ago. After about 1.5-2 months everything slimmed up in the tank.Stopped for about 5 days then started again just not the dose they talk about on RC.Can't really say if it's doing anything. Most of my zoas look good though some don't.
I'd do this dip first

A picture would be good. Also there is some good reading over on RC
I change mine every 5-6 days. It's the ones with the 4" ring.10 weeks sounds a little long for any size sock.I'd change that one now and go two week the most.
I'd go with 4-5 aqua suns and 3-4 super actinides(I'd swap these out for ATI blue plus)
Everyone has there own taste when it comes to lighting so it's hard to say what you'd like.Check out Jersey Wendy's tank thread for more info on what she uses. She has a really nice tank and she uses t-5s.
nice pictures. thanks for the links.I'm going to get the macro lens.I'll let you know how it is or did you pick that up to.I have the instruction book if you can't find it on line.(should be able to find).
I have that camera. It's not a dslr but way better then most point and shoots.Works great on a tripod even for sports shots.took lots of pictures of my kids playing soccer.
Must use tripod when you go more then 3x and not the best for close ups. But I'm happy with it.Here are some pictures I've...
