Straight out of Nat Geo. Sometimes jokes are taken to literal. LOL

Well since I did the lights out and dosed peroxide the RBTA has started to move(making me nervous) so I put him in a little container for the time being until I figure it out.(maybe a dedicated nano?). Other than that the algae outbreak seems to be dwindling back so fingers crossed.
Why does it cancel out the clown goby??? The watchman will most likely stay in the sand and the clown goby will stay in the rock work. I have had both and never seen them fight. My only problem with the clown gobies is I could never get them to eat for some reason.
Only real changes is I started dosing alk, added a buffer to raise my pH, and my salinity was low so I raised that. Other than that nothing has really changed.
From what I've read some people say syphon out what you can, but then say don't do water changes. Can't figure that one out. LOL.
Just going to keep a close eye on my nitrates and ammonia as I'm going to try and go 2-3 weeks without a water change to try and starve them out as well.
So I decided to do 2 days lights out and dose peroxide. From what I've read on it there is a few out there that do weekly dosing with no problems. Its also interesting how it more or less burns off all the nutrients in the water. From just dosing 4ml last night my skimmer was overflowing just...

I barely feed the tank and when I do its the size of my pinky nail.
I only have a remora HOB skimmer(rated for up to 75 gal) I have it skimming wet and I clean it out every time because its...
So for some reason I'm having a Dino outbreak. Parameters are all fine. Just cant figure this out. I only feed the tank maybe every 3 days or so. Don't know where the excess nutrients are coming from. How should I go about treating this? Just up the water changes or I don't know what. I already...
How long have most of you been running them? I was reading a thread over on RC and there is quite a few people that have had them die right around the 6 month mark.
This is fine. There is actually a spot(cant think of it off the top of my head) where the introduction of these cardinals has started a rapid decline in clownfish population since they both host the same thing and the cardinals pick off the baby clowns when they spawn.

How simple are you looking to go? I've got a Fluval View that is a planted tank. Not over the top like the ones you see on youtube but I like it. You just need fish poo and plants. Its when you go crazy and start to do those elaborate aquascapes that you need the dirt of sorts.

Has anyone used either product with success?
I think the reason mine does not go up is its is a very small serface area for the gallons. My servace area is only 20x18. If it wasnt for saltkreeps I'd just throw a bubbler in there. Maybe I'll look into getting a macro of sorts before adding...
