i was LUCKY, i set up the tank right after i move in this house...
so my wife never know the electric consumption cost of the BEFORE and AFTER...
*hint*
to you all folks that are moving to a new home, make sure you setup the tank asap...!
;)
may be you can find a BLACK colored one??
and beside it is halfway on top of the waterline, so hardly can see it if you are NOT specially looking for it...
;)
FYI:
here is how i made it, with tie-wrap:
All,
I am looking to get a new waterproof camera case for my Canon SD-850, not really for fish tank usage, but for beach or water-park events...
thanks in advance for the input.
I already have some thing like this for my Canon-D40 (from original specially made for the camera), but it is...
this happened to me twice:
- first time, i removed the dorso pipe, and use the net to get him out...
- 2nd time, while netting him, he flushed down the pip to my refugium...
after that, i put up this shield... no more problem since...
;)
it have sharks in that tank - and he not wearing any protected gear...
oh boy...
did catch what he said about his freezer? it is all for his fish food...!
80: with T5, w/o MH, with two 20" fans blowing on top
don't want to know what it would be if with the MH on.
have a chiller, no time to hook it up yet.
what is this mean (implication) by "...black worms only live a few mins in SW" ?
i saw this on how to train Mandarin with non-live-food long time back, but it is a hit-or-miss, also a long shot for this case, but good info to keep in mind:

good luck
- tank need to be more than 9+ months
- they like to eat "live" stuffs - like pods...
- like these: (you can shop around to see where to get them cheaper)

Wendy,
thanks for the kind words...
i have few big piece of SPS corals about 6x8 size... and some with great colors!!
now i have to restart over again with those tiny smaller pieces...
:(
well, look at the good side, i now have a lots of rooms to get more corals...
;)
i don't like you to put such advance calculator out there...
:o
cause the end results would only discourage people to continue on this hobby...
::)
that is why i stop tracking my expense long long time ago... cause every time i think of it, it always give me a big headache...
;D
