Anyone who knows Bill knows that he manages an on-going "group buy" for JC - noble work indeed! I would have thought that I'd be spending a lot of time in front of my tank lately. Unfortunately, looking for a job is MUCH HARDER than having a job! Sheesh, I haven't worked this much in 10 years...

Nothing huge. Mainly a review of current and planned group buys, a "state of the club" statement or two and a MACNA update. Sometimes there is discussion about committees and if help is needed. The whole thing takes about 10 to 15 minutes.

So you're saying PVC is NEVER used in potable applications? I think you may want to check your facts.

Just a point of clarification, NYAquatics is not a vendor of NJRC.

As was pointed out to me when I first asked the question, PVC primer and cement are used in potable applications so it must be safe. I've used it many times, quite often just about immediately after gluing pieces together. I've never seen the slightest adverse reaction.
